Analyst, Portfolio Analyst – Buyout Investing

KKR is looking for a Portfolio Analyst/Associate to join their Dallas team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring a portfolio of loans and analyzing financial performance. You’ll work closely with various teams to ensure effective management and reporting. What You’ll Do

• Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential credit issues
• Review financial statements and compare them against budgets
• Analyze market dynamics to assess tenant risks
• Prepare performance reports for management and investors
• Evaluate borrower requests and loan modifications
• Collaborate with various teams on relationship management

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 1-4 years of work experience in commercial real estate preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
