Analyst, Private Credit Allocation Management

Apollo Global Management is looking for an Analyst to support their private credit allocation and pipeline management. In this role, you’ll work closely with various teams to manage data, execute workflows, and improve processes. What You’ll Do

• Maintain real-time data on private credit deals.
• Execute allocation workflows and manage approvals.
• Coordinate with various teams for timely deal execution.
• Monitor post-closing trade activities.
• Use AI tools to improve workflows and processes.
• Support reporting and data reconciliation tasks.

What You Need

• 1–3 years of experience in private credit or fund operations.
• Strong interest in private credit and eagerness to learn.
• Experience using AI tools to create solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred.
