Analyst, Private Equity Buyout

Amplify Capital is looking for a Private Equity Analyst to join their team in Denver. In this role, you’ll dive into evaluating investments, building financial models, and supporting transactions. What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and analyze potential investments in businesses and real estate.
• Build detailed financial models to assess investment returns.
• Support the entire transaction process from evaluation to closing.
• Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies.
• Prepare reports and presentations for investors and firm leadership.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience; internships count!
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
• Good understanding of financial statements and investment analysis.
• Experience in private equity, investment banking, or real estate is a plus.
• Willingness to work full-time in Denver.
