What You Need
- Strong academic background with a solid GPA.
- 1-2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
- Excellent skills in financial modeling and analysis.
- Good understanding of risk and investment judgment.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn, especially in AI and automation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
