Analyst, Real Estate Acquisitions (Self Storage)

Ares Management is looking for an Acquisitions Analyst to join their Self Storage Real Estate Group. In this role, you’ll support the acquisitions team by helping to identify and evaluate potential self storage investments. You’ll work on financial models, conduct market research, and assist with transaction processes. What You’ll Do

• Help with financial models for self storage deals
• Manage the acquisitions pipeline and review property materials
• Conduct market research on self storage trends
• Prepare investment summaries for senior management
• Support transaction processes and coordinate reports
• Assist the deal team as needed
• Travel as required
• Work extended hours and weekends when necessary

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in real estate acquisitions or asset management
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of financial reports and accounting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Self-starter who can work independently and in teams
• Passion for real estate and acquisitions
