Analyst, Real Estate Advisory

StepStone Group is looking for an Analyst to join their Real Estate Advisory Team in Cleveland. This role involves conducting research on the real estate private equity industry and working closely with senior staff to evaluate investment opportunities. The Analyst will have the chance to interact with top fund managers and present findings to the investment committee, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct market research to analyze real estate trends
• Review financial analyses from fund managers
• Support senior staff in managing investment opportunities
• Interview executives to gather insights on fund managers
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations
• Perform financial modeling for investment opportunities

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• Strong academic and professional track record
• Experience in private equity real estate or investment banking is a plus
• Ability to travel domestically
• Good analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Enrollment in CFA program is a bonus
