Analyst, Real Estate and Private Credit Investing

Willow Wealth is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in New York. In this role, you’ll be involved in sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities in real estate and private credit. You’ll work closely with senior team members to evaluate deals and produce detailed memos for the Investment Committee. This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of experience looking to grow in a dynamic investment environment.

What You’ll Do

• Source and underwrite real estate and private credit investment opportunities.
• Build financial models and write memos for the Investment Committee.
• Evaluate third-party investment managers and fund structures.
• Conduct market research to keep diligence current.
• Support diligence on various specialty asset classes.

What You Need

• About 2 years of experience in investment analysis or underwriting.
• Familiarity with preferred equity and debt instruments.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
• Good written communication skills for producing clear memos.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience with accredited investors is a plus.
