Analyst, Real Estate and Data Centers

General Atlantic is looking for an Analyst to join their Real Estate and Data Centers team in Singapore. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on live transactions across the full investment lifecycle. You’ll be involved in building financial models, conducting due diligence, and collaborating with senior team members. It’s a great chance to gain hands-on experience in real estate investments while being part of a supportive and dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage financial models for real estate investments
• Draft investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee
• Run due diligence workstreams and coordinate with external advisers
• Support capital structuring and debt raising efforts
• Conduct market research and maintain evidence base
• Collaborate with senior team members on value creation initiatives

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in investment banking or private equity
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Analytical ability and sound commercial judgment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluency in English, additional Southeast Asian language is a plus
