This role involves analyzing and structuring real estate deals, financial modeling, and supporting senior team members. What You’ll Do
- Help analyze and structure new real estate deals.
- Take the lead on financial modeling for transactions.
- Prepare papers for the Investment Committee.
- Work with third-party managers to evaluate transactions.
- Assist senior team members with business development and relationship management.
- Support asset management and performance monitoring of existing loans.
What You Need
- A good university degree in finance, accounting, banking, or a STEM subject.
- Relevant experience in real estate debt financing, debt capital markets, structured finance, or corporate banking.
- Strong understanding of financial structures and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
- Excellent financial modeling skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Analytical mindset and a team player.
- Results-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
