Analyst, Real Estate Equity Investing

Ares Management is looking for an Analyst to join their Real Estate Equity team in Los Angeles. In this role, you’ll be involved in assessing real estate investments, creating financial models, and conducting market research. You’ll also support asset management and help with property sales. What You’ll Do

• Create detailed financial models for real estate investments.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1-2 years of finance experience, preferably in real estate investment banking or private equity.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ARGUS is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high integrity.
