In this role, you’ll help evaluate and manage a variety of equity investment opportunities across Europe. You’ll be involved in financial modeling, market research, and preparing materials for investment committees, all while working closely with experienced professionals in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Work with a small team to analyze real estate investments
- Prepare materials for investment committees
- Conduct market research and financial modeling
- Support due diligence on new transactions
- Manage existing investments and report on their performance
- Communicate with various stakeholders
What You Need
- University degree from a top institution
- 1-3 years in investment banking, real estate private equity, or advisory
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Good writing and communication skills
- Experience in evaluating real estate investments
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Fluency in an additional European language is a plus
