Analyst, Investment Analyst – Real Estate Investing

Tryko Partners, LLC is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in Brick, NJ. This role involves supporting the underwriting and evaluation of new investment opportunities in real estate. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a passion for real estate investment, working closely with a collaborative team to contribute to the firm’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze potential acquisition opportunities and support financial analysis.
• Build cash-flow models to value real estate investments.
• Assist with acquisition financing and analyze financing options.
• Prepare investment memoranda for acquisitions.
• Support due diligence by gathering and reviewing property reports.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

What You Need

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate or healthcare financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to provide examples of previous work created from scratch.
