-- GIC is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join their Real Estate Investments team in Tokyo. This role involves evaluating investment opportunities, managing assets, and supporting senior team members. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that handles a substantial real estate portfolio and works towards achieving superior long-term returns.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate deals through market research and financial analysis
- Assist in managing the entire deal process from approval to closing
- Work on asset management with joint venture partners
- Monitor asset performance and recommend solutions
- Support senior team members in business development
What You Need
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or similar
- 1-5 years of experience in investment and/or asset management
- Exposure to the Japan real estate market is a plus
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Critical thinking and business acumen
- Attention to detail and operational process management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Japanese and English
