Analyst, Real Estate Portfolio Management

Ares Management is looking for an Analyst and an Associate to join their Real Estate Portfolio Management, Product and Investor Relations team in Hong Kong. In this role, you’ll support various teams by creating financial models, conducting research, and preparing materials for investor meetings. What You’ll Do

• Support the Portfolio Management and Product & Investor Relations teams.
• Create and update financial models for assets and funds.
• Conduct research on macroeconomic trends and sectors.
• Help prepare materials for investor meetings and due diligence.
• Coordinate with legal and tax consultants.
• Assist in closing transactions and maintaining investor profiles.

What You Need

• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a plus.
