Analyst, Asset Management Portfolio Ops

The Analyst position in Real Estate Asset Management at Blackstone involves supporting various post-acquisition transactions and value enhancement projects. You’ll be building financial models, conducting analyses, and assisting with due diligence. What You’ll Do

• Support post-acquisition transactions like restructurings and refinancing
• Build and maintain detailed financial models
• Conduct real estate and public company valuation analysis
• Assist in preparing materials for deal counterparties and leadership
• Track portfolio performance metrics and prepare reports
• Participate in site tours and assist with legal negotiations
• Conduct market research and data analysis

What You Need

• 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in investment banking, real estate, or finance
• Strong academic record
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with a desire to learn
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and economics
• Excellent attention to detail
• Interest in real estate investing is a plus
