Analyst, Real Estate Secondaries

Ares Management is looking for an Analyst to join their Real Estate Secondaries team in London. In this role, you’ll be involved in evaluating investment opportunities and conducting due diligence on real estate transactions. You’ll work closely with a team and have the chance to build a network in the industry while gaining valuable experience in various real estate asset classes.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct research and due diligence on real estate investment opportunities.
• Evaluate fund sponsors and local operating partners.
• Work on financial models for investments and asset management.
• Build a network in the private equity real estate industry.
• Prepare presentations for investors and partners.

What You Need

• 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or private equity real estate.
• Strong skills in financial analysis and writing.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, math, or data analysis preferred.
