Analyst, Return Seeking Investments

The Return Seeking Analyst role at Apollo Global Management involves working with private investments for insurance and pension clients. You’ll be responsible for preparing investment summaries, coordinating approvals, and analyzing capital activity. What You’ll Do

• Help manage and originate private investments for insurance and pension funds.
• Prepare and present investment summaries to assist client decision-making.
• Coordinate governance for investment approvals and prepare necessary reports.
• Analyze and track capital activity and investment performance metrics.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in investment functions, especially in insurance or asset management.
• Experience with alternative or private investments is a must.
• Good understanding of fixed income and capital markets.
• Familiarity with Solvency II regulations and investment documentation.
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter attitude.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
• Proficient in SQL, VBA, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, German, and another European language.
