Analyst, RFP Writer

Ares Management is looking for an Analyst, RFP Writer to join their team. This role involves creating and managing proposals for their real estate and private equity strategies. What You’ll Do

• Lead the process of creating RFPs and DDQs for real estate and private equity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information.
• Ensure timely submission of proposals.

• Support process improvements and data management tools.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field like economics, finance, or marketing.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial services or asset management.
• Experience with RFPs, DDQs, and client-related materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce and data tools is a plus.
