Analyst, Secondaries Buyout Investments

Ares Management is looking for an Analyst in Hong Kong to support their real estate secondaries investments. In this role, you’ll work with a small team and get hands-on experience with live transactions. You’ll be involved in everything from financial modeling to portfolio monitoring, all while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support real estate secondary acquisitions
• Build financial models and analyses for investment recommendations
• Coordinate diligence processes and investment memo support
• Work with internal teams and external advisors on negotiations
• Help with market mapping and seller presentations
• Monitor portfolio performance and asset management
• Represent the firm at industry events and meetings

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2 years of experience in real estate investing, private equity, or investment banking
• Strong academic background
• Knowledge of real estate investments and private market processes
• Proactive and results-driven
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in English; Japanese is a plus
