Analyst, SPAR Business Partner – Private Wealth

What You’ll Do

• Process and validate private markets data from General Partners
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of private markets data
• Compile timely data outputs following established standards
• Monitor workflows to meet deadlines and escalate issues
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies
• Collaborate with teams to support operational processes

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in finance, accounting, data, or operations is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
• Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
