The Analyst in US Client Services at Ares Management plays a key role in supporting client servicing and transfer agency operations. What You’ll Do

• Help design and execute workflows for high-quality shareholder servicing.
• Oversee client service teams handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support third-party transfer agent functions and monitor service levels.
• Identify ways to streamline operations using technology.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance operational education and processes.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in investor servicing, especially in Alternative Investments.
• Strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to learn and use service provider technology systems.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and investors.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs.
• FINRA license is a plus, but not required.
