Analyst, Venture Creation Business Development

Diagram is looking for an Analyst in Venture Creation to help launch new ventures in the Fintech space. This role involves working closely with partners and founders to develop and evaluate new business ideas. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong analytical background, ready to contribute to building innovative companies.

What You’ll Do

• Develop investment theses and explore new venture ideas.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes.
• Create pitch decks and investment memos.
• Lead the development of new ventures during the pre-seed phase.
• Build relationships with potential founders and partners.
• Contribute to Diagram’s community presence at events.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of experience in venture capital, tech startups, or consulting.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze business models.
• Technical or business degree preferred.
• Familiarity with FinTech or InsureTech is a plus.
