Analyst, Venture and Growth Capital Funds

KfW Capital is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in Frankfurt. This role involves supporting the investment process for venture and growth capital funds, conducting due diligence, and assisting in fund management. What You’ll Do

• Participate in the entire investment process for venture and growth capital fund investments
• Assist in the due diligence of target funds
• Identify opportunities and risks in target funds and help with transaction structuring
• Support investment managers in ongoing fund management
• Contribute to product development
• Assist in contract management and fund administration
• Engage in cross-functional projects

What You Need

• Completed university degree
• Knowledge of the venture capital market and impact investing
• Affinity for startups and prior experience in alternative investments is a plus
• Excellent German and negotiation-level English skills
• Strong communication skills and analytical abilities
• Ability to make decisions and focus on results
• Capability to take responsibility and prioritize tasks
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team
