Analyst, Venture Growth Investing

Flashpoint is looking for a Venture Growth Investment Analyst to join their New York team. This role involves sourcing deals, conducting investment analysis, and supporting portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a passion for technology. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in venture capital and work with a dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate early- and growth-stage software companies
• Conduct financial modeling, market research, and valuation work
• Support and lead commercial diligence processes
• Work with portfolio companies on strategy and capital raises
• Assist with exit planning and execution

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with a strong interest in finance
• 1–3 years in VC, IB, PE, corporate finance, consulting, or Big 4
• CFA, MBA, or a top-tier academic background is a strong plus
• Strong financial modeling and enterprise valuation skills
• Deep understanding of software business models
• Comfortable working across different capital structures
• Familiar with term sheets and key legal deal terms
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (other European languages are a plus)
