Analyst, Visiting Analyst – Venture Investing

Blume Equity is looking for a Visiting Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to dive into growth equity investing, especially in the climate tech sector. What You’ll Do

• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities through market research and financial analysis.
• Support due diligence processes by reviewing financial statements and business models.
• Help prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
• Conduct thematic research to build investment theses in specific sectors.
• Monitor emerging market trends relevant to the fund’s focus.
• Support fundraising efforts by building collateral and responding to client requests.

What You Need

• At least 2 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and research skills to assess business models and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Interest in growth-stage companies and climate tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to take initiative.
