Apollo Capital Solutions (ACS) provides companies with efficient and centralized access to capital by supporting cross-platform origination, capital markets, and syndication. The ACS Private Equity Capital Markets team is seeking an Analyst to join the team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with deals teams and support senior-level capital markets professionals in determining, recommending, and negotiating optimal capital structures for portfolio companies
- Attend all investment committee meetings to help generate idea flow
- Develop timely insight into current capital markets, including forces driving the markets, types of lenders in the markets, debt solutions available, etc.
- Help support senior level team in driving execution processes for portfolio company financings
- Maintain relationships with capital markets and banking teams focused on core verticals at each investment bank
- Maintain relationships with institutional debt investors and investment banking teams to encourage direct dialogue, partnership opportunities, and syndication participation
- Prepare, organize, and maintain deal-related marketing materials and analyses
- Prepare and organize team-level and portfolio-level data processes and projects
- Help build and maintain databases relevant to the business
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years of analyst experience at a leading investment bank preferably within a coverage team such as software/technology, media/telecom, healthcare, consumer/retail, etc
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to multitask and operate as both a self-starter and team player
- Strong financial acumen, data analysis, and presentation (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent written, oral communication and reasoning skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines

Pay Range
110,000-150,000
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
