What You’ll Do

• Identify and evaluate new acquisition and development opportunities across the U.S.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outreach and networking.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to assess investment potential.
• Negotiate key business terms aligned with our investment strategy.
• Assist in due diligence and transaction management.
• Prepare investment memos and reports for internal decision-making.
