Associate, Asset-Backed Finance

The Carlyle Group is looking for a 2-Year Associate in Asset-Backed Finance to join their team in New York. This role involves evaluating new investment opportunities and monitoring existing portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and strong analytical skills. What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities
• Monitor existing investment portfolios
• Design investment solutions for institutional investors
• Conduct due diligence and financial modeling
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Draft materials and investment committee memos

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1 – 3 years of finance experience
• Exposure to asset finance, corporate credit, and structured products
• Prior investment or financial institutions experience preferred
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
