Associate, Investment & Deal Execution – Private Markets

This role at GIC involves supporting investment and deal execution in private markets. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth deal closings and provide financial advisory services. What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for deal execution with various stakeholders.
• Provide financial due diligence and transaction finance services.
• Manage the operational and financial aspects of investment structures.
• Ensure smooth closing of deals and compliance with internal processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors.
• Support transformation programs to improve deal management.
• Identify and address gaps in current workflows.

What You Need

• At least 4 years of experience in deal advisory and transaction management.
• Experience in Private Equity or Infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong understanding of private investments and deal closing processes.
• A degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Ideally, a qualified accountant with Big 4 training.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders.
