Associate, Product Experience – Investment Insights Group

The Associate/AVP, Product Experience role at GIC is all about enhancing how employees engage with AI products. What You’ll Do

• Own the journey for users adopting AI products.

What You Need

• Experience in driving product adoption and user enablement.
• Track record of creating user training materials like playbooks and videos.
• User-centered mindset with knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with user research techniques.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
