Associate, Capital Markets (Digital Infrastructure)

The Associate role in Blackstone’s Real Estate Capital Markets team focuses on managing and executing debt financings, particularly in digital infrastructure and data centers. You’ll be involved in analyzing financing options, negotiating terms, and working closely with various teams. This position offers a chance to lead significant transactions in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and strategize on financing options for acquisitions and refinancings
• Track existing debt positions to find refinancing opportunities
• Model different financing scenarios for various markets
• Negotiate financing terms and close transactions
• Prepare materials to solicit bids from lenders
• Build and maintain relationships with financing partners

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or related fields
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• A team player who collaborates well with others
