Associate, Capital Markets – Real Estate Investing

As an Associate in the Capital Markets group at Blackstone, you’ll be part of a small team managing debt for a massive real estate portfolio. You’ll get to work on a variety of transactions, from public market debt to private credit deals. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in financing and negotiation while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze financing options for acquisitions and refinancings
• Track existing debt positions to find refinancing opportunities
• Model financial costs and structures with the deal team
• Negotiate financing terms and close transactions
• Prepare materials to solicit bids from lenders

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate financing
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• A team player who collaborates well with others
• Attention to detail is a must
• Highly motivated and diligent
• Positive attitude that contributes to team spirit
