Associate, Capital Solutions – Credit Investing

Actis is looking for a talented Associate to join their Sustainable Infrastructure team in New York. In this role, you’ll support product management and development while working closely with global teams. You’ll help position investment products and engage with institutional investors, making a real impact in the world of sustainable infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct research on institutional investors to identify new prospects
• Maintain and leverage internal CRM to track investor data
• Support fundraising roadshows and investor events
• Respond to investor queries and prepare briefing materials
• Develop and refine fundraising and investor relations materials
• Coordinate with teams to ensure effective marketing of funds

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-6 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, or consulting
• Interest in infrastructure, sustainability, and impact investing
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
• Highly organized and proactive
