Associate, Capital Solutions – Private Wealth Client Coverage

General Atlantic is looking for an Associate to join their Capital Solutions team in New York. This role involves supporting financial advisor client coverage and fundraising efforts across various investment strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with regional leads to build relationships and drive fundraising initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors
• Support fundraising efforts across various investment strategies
• Conduct proactive outreach to educate advisors on General Atlantic’s offerings
• Manage sales pipeline and track engagement with advisors
• Coordinate events and educational sessions for financial advisors
• Provide tailored follow-up after advisor interactions

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required; progress toward CFA and/or CAIA charters preferred
• 2+ years of investment product sales experience with financial advisors
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
