Associate, Client Solutions

Hamilton Lane is looking for an Associate to join their Client Solutions Team in Stockholm. This role involves supporting client relationships and business development in the Nordics. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Nordics and other team members to ensure excellent service and help grow the firm’s presence in the region.

What You’ll Do

• Support sales and client activities, keeping everything organized
• Help create presentation materials for clients and prospects
• Attend meetings and document important discussions
• Assist in organizing events and investment road shows
• Analyze data related to client proposals and market trends
• Work with different teams to ensure great client service
• Support business development efforts in the Nordics

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
• Collaborative team player
• Resourceful and self-motivated
