Associate, CLO Structuring & Advisory

Redding Ridge Asset Management is looking for a motivated Associate to join their CLO Structuring & Advisory team. In this role, you’ll support the CLO issuance business and work on various projects across Apollo’s platforms. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, develop financial models, and help manage a significant portfolio of debt. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with senior structurers on deal structuring and execution.
• Develop investor models using Intex and Excel.
• Make recommendations for issuance and equity deployment.
• Work with the Portfolio Management team to monitor existing deals.
• Communicate with legal counsel and rating agencies for smooth ratings processes.
• Maintain a deal pipeline for communication purposes.

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience in CLO structuring.
• Proficient in Intex and Excel; VBA skills are a plus.
• Familiar with the methodologies of the major CLO rating agencies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Curious and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or a related field.
