In this role, you’ll evaluate and execute private equity co-investments while working closely with senior professionals. This position offers a chance to develop your investment skills and gain exposure to high-quality transactions in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate co-investment opportunities across various sectors
- Build financial models to assess company performance
- Prepare investment memoranda for internal review
- Participate in management presentations and diligence calls
- Conduct valuation analysis using different methodologies
- Collaborate with teams during deal execution
- Research market trends and investment opportunities
- Support investor reporting and fundraising activities
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier school
- 2-4 years in private equity, investment banking, or similar
- Strong interest in co-investments and company-level investing
- Good at financial modeling and valuation
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with global transactions is a plus
- Familiarity with AI technologies is a bonus
