Associate, Co-Investments

AlpInvest Partners is looking for a motivated Associate to join their Co-Investments team in New York. This role involves evaluating and executing private equity co-investments across various industries. You’ll work closely with senior professionals throughout the investment lifecycle, gaining valuable experience and insights into the private markets. What You’ll Do

• Evaluate co-investment opportunities across various sectors
• Build financial models to assess company performance
• Prepare investment memoranda for internal review
• Participate in management presentations and diligence calls
• Conduct valuation analysis using different methodologies
• Collaborate with teams during deal execution
• Research market trends to identify investment opportunities
• Support investor reporting and fundraising activities

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier school
• 2-4 years in private equity, investment banking, or similar
• Strong interest in co-investments and company-level investing
• Proficient in financial modeling and valuation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Good communication skills for presenting ideas
• Experience with global transactions is a plus
• Aptitude for using AI technologies in finance
