This role involves evaluating and executing private equity co-investments, providing a great opportunity to learn about the global private markets. What You’ll Do
- Evaluate co-investment opportunities across various sectors
- Build financial models to assess company performance
- Prepare investment memoranda for internal review
- Participate in management presentations and diligence calls
- Conduct valuation analysis using different methodologies
- Collaborate with teams during deal execution
- Research market trends to identify investment opportunities
- Support investor reporting and fundraising activities
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier school
- 2-4 years in private equity, investment banking, or similar
- Strong interest in co-investments and company-level investing
- Proficient in financial modeling and valuation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Good communication skills for presenting ideas
- Experience with global transactions is a plus
- Aptitude for using AI technologies in finance
