Associate, Corporate Solutions

Apollo Global Management is looking for an Associate to join their Corporate Solutions team. In this role, you’ll be involved in developing and managing complex investment opportunities. You’ll work on financial modeling, structuring transactions, and preparing presentations for senior leadership. What You’ll Do

• Work on structuring complex financial transactions.
• Develop financial models to assess investment opportunities.
• Research potential investments and conduct credit analysis.
• Prepare presentations for executive audiences.
• Create investment memorandums for senior leadership.
• Build relationships with service providers and consultants.

What You Need

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking or asset management.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Experience with complex transaction structuring.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Proactive self-starter who can manage projects effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• At least a bachelor’s degree from a top university.
