$269B TPG is looking for an Associate to join their Credit Data and Analytics team in New York. This role involves leading responsible investing assessments and data analysis for credit strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and project management, and a passion for sustainability. You’ll work closely with investment professionals to drive impactful investment decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead responsible investing assessments for credit strategy deals.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate company performance and impact.
- Create and execute processes for integrating responsible investing into performance monitoring.
- Analyze data to identify value preservation opportunities in portfolio companies.
- Support the Y Analytics team with strategic projects and content development.
- Engage with investment professionals for training and portfolio reviews.
What You Need
- Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of full-time work experience.
- 1 year of credit-specific experience in responsible investing or sustainability consulting.
- Strong data analytics skills, especially in Excel and preferably other statistical tools.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
