Associate, Data Analytics & AI

Blackstone is looking for an AI Engineer to join their Data Analytics & AI team. In this role, you’ll work closely with business units to identify workflow improvements and develop AI solutions. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact and help accelerate AI adoption within the firm. What You’ll Do

• Work closely with business units to understand their workflows.
• Identify and prioritize quick wins and larger projects.
• Develop and maintain software solutions using Python and SQL.
• Build applied AI solutions and promote their use.
• Lead training sessions for technology and business teams.
• Manage multiple projects and collaborate with the team.

What You Need

• 3+ years in AI engineering, software engineering, or data analysis.
• Fluency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with LLMs and AI tooling.
• Proven track record of shipping production systems.
• Ability to work with non-technical business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
