Associate, Defined Contribution

Blackstone is looking for an Associate to join their Defined Contribution Strategy & Management team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to support strategic initiatives and product development for defined contribution plans. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and ready to contribute to the growth of Blackstone’s offerings in this space.

What You’ll Do

• Work with different teams to support strategic projects and initiatives.
• Help sales teams prepare materials for client meetings.
• Track client feedback to align product offerings with market needs.
• Collaborate with marketing to create presentations and reports.
• Research and analyze trends in the defined contribution space.
• Prepare presentations and analyses for senior management.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Excel and analytical problem-solving.
• Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• High emotional intelligence to navigate a dynamic environment.
