Associate, Digital Infrastructure Portfolio Management

Ares Management is looking for an Associate to join their Digital Infrastructure Portfolio Management team in London. In this role, you’ll support investment and fund activities through financial analysis and reporting. You’ll work closely with various teams to provide insights and maintain financial models, all while being part of a collaborative and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain financial models for funds
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Analyze portfolio and asset financial performance
• Conduct market research and macroeconomic analysis
• Support the quarterly valuation process
• Assist in fund budgeting and capital projections
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance data systems

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, private equity, or consulting
• Strong financial analysis and accounting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to build complex models
• Excellent research and due diligence abilities
• Great communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a curious and adaptable mindset
