Associate, Direct Credit Investing

Hamilton Lane is looking for an Associate to join their Direct Credit team. In this role, you’ll evaluate credit investment opportunities and conduct thorough analyses. You’ll work closely with senior executives and help monitor existing investments. What You’ll Do

• Analyze credit investment opportunities and conduct due diligence.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of portfolio companies.
• Create and evaluate complex financial models.
• Research industries and write clear investment memos.
• Present investment opportunities to senior executives.
• Assist in client meetings and legal documentation for investments.

• Experience in credit investment at an investment bank or private credit manager.
• Strong understanding of capital structure analysis and valuation.
