Associate, Direct Equity Buyout Investing

What You’ll Do

• Support investment origination activities with research and analysis
• Monitor existing investments and liaise with potential targets
• Assist in preparing for meetings with management teams
• Conduct investment due diligence and financial analysis
• Coordinate with external advisers and support legal workstreams
• Contribute to Investment Committee papers and presentations
• Engage in asset management activities across portfolios

What You Need

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Experience in financial services, ideally in investment or advisory
• Exposure to infrastructure and/or private equity
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Exceptional cash flow modeling skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
