What You’ll Do
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in operating companies
- Conduct due diligence including industry research and management calls
- Prepare investment memoranda and financial models
- Assist in legal negotiations and closing processes
- Monitor portfolio companies and attend board meetings
- Proactively seek new investment opportunities
What You Need
- Strong knowledge of private equity markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- BS/BA degree
