Associate, Direct Private Equity

This role involves engaging in all aspects of the investment process, from sourcing potential targets to executing transactions and monitoring portfolio performance. What You’ll Do

• Source and screen potential investment targets
• Conduct thorough due diligence on investment opportunities
• Execute transactions and monitor portfolio companies

What You Need

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
• 2-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or similar fields
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Valid work authorization in the USA
