Associate/Director, ABS Securitization Credit Risk

ATLAS SP Partners is looking for an ABS Securitization Credit Risk Officer to enhance their credit risk capabilities. This role involves working closely with origination teams and clients to evaluate credit risks in transactions and portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securitized products and a collaborative mindset to drive risk management initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate credit risk in new transactions and existing portfolios.
• Work closely with deal teams to align business needs with risk appetite.
• Conduct thorough market and borrower analysis to support credit decisions.
• Participate in the deal structuring process and provide insights on risk management.

What You Need

• Experience with securitized products, especially in Consumer and Commercial credit ABS.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex financial models.
• Detail-oriented with experience in preparing comprehensive credit memorandums.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to investment committees.
