Apollo Global Management is looking for an Associate Director in Valuations for their Credit segment. This role involves supporting the daily valuation process for private assets and developing methodologies in collaboration with various teams. What You’ll Do

  • Support the daily valuation process for private assets in the Credit segment.
  • Develop and validate valuation methodologies with stakeholders.
  • Review market activity and provide insights to investment teams.
  • Manage valuation risk and perform analytics on the credit portfolio.
  • Oversee the valuation process and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams on new investments and deal assumptions.
  • Work on special projects and new initiatives as needed.

What You Need

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance or investment management.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and risk management.
  • Proven ability to execute processes smoothly and efficiently.
  • Comfortable with complex situations and adaptable in daily tasks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with illiquid valuations is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
