Associate / Director, Global Quantitative Analytics

Apollo is looking for an Associate or Director-level Business Manager for their Global Quantitative Analytics group. This role involves supporting the Head of GQA in managing operations and cross-functional relationships. You’ll be key in ensuring the team runs smoothly and efficiently while also helping to communicate their contributions across the firm.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Head of GQA by managing priorities and tracking initiatives.
• Oversee GQA’s operational processes and prepare leadership materials.
• Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgeting and vendor relationships.
• Provide real-time reporting on group performance.
• Help communicate the group’s contributions across the firm.
• Identify and implement tools to improve operational efficiency.

What You Need

• 3-12 years of experience in business management or operations in finance.
• Ability to manage complex projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas clearly.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with good judgment on confidential matters.
• Comfortable working with quantitative and technical teams.
• Experience in headcount planning and budgeting is a plus for Director level.
